Paulinus Mbong, Assistant Residence Director, Seven Hills NeuroCare
When SevenHills NeuroCare first began to discuss the COVID-19 pandemic and ways to keep participants safe, Assistant Residence Director, Paulinus Mbong, was the very first staff to volunteer to work 24/7 and live-in at a residential group home under the “Safer at Home” initiative.
Paulinus’ actions have always shown that his top priority is the individuals he supports. He is often heard affirming that everything he does is in the best interests of “the guys” at the home. Seven Hills is grateful for Paulinus’ support and leadership during this time and would like to recognize him as an outstanding leader within our Community.
Don Walker, IT Specialist, Seven Hills Rhode Island
The abrupt transition of multiple service models to a tele-health platform is no small feat. In a period of less than 2 weeks, Don Walker was able to successfully transition the entire Rhode Island clinical and administrative team to a tele-health and remote working environment. His quick action afforded Rhode Island's programs the ability to efficiently and seamlessly continue the provision of supports to the individuals we serve.
Don's effort to get the job done, required long hours, hard work, quick decisions, and an unprecedented level of coordination. Don is certainly a Seven Hills Champion.
Todd Dickie, Assistant Vice President, Stetson School
Todd Dickie has a very hands on approach and is always willing to assist in any situation with the clinicians and other staff members at Stetson School. He makes sure to be present and is on the units assisting with students daily which has definitely had an impact on both staff and student morale.
To make sure no questions go unanswered, he often stays late, provides assistance on the weekends, and is always willing to make himself accessible in order to help. It is often the small things that have the largest impact and Todd's attitude and ability to lead by doing is making all the difference through this very difficult time.
