Seven Hills Foundation & Affiliates has an open door for each person who comes to us for help, connecting them to the supports and services they need to thrive and support their quest to be well.
Seven Hills’ care expertise supports people with disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other significant life challenges-from children, adolescents and their families, to adults and fragile seniors, supports people in improving their health.
The combined expertise of our behavioral health providers across the organization offer expanded accessible care, either in-person at one of our Department of Public Health (DPH)-licensed clinics, in the home or community, or through our telehealth options. Our care footprint has grown throughout central and southeastern MA as the need in our communities has grown, with state-of the-art hubs in Worcester, Milford, Southbridge, and Gardner.
Our Department of Children & Families (DCF) funded Family Resource Centers and Family Support & Stabilization Services, Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDS) funded Family Support Centers, DPH funded Comprehensive Health Promotion Services, and MassHealth funded Care Coordinators, provide wrap-a-round care, support, and referrals to basic needs and connects clients to resources and services that address all of their health-related needs.

Seven Hills Behavioral Health Centers also collaborate with primary care physicians, multiple community partners and agencies, and manage a vibrant internship program that trains graduate psychology, social work, and counseling interns from colleges and universities throughout New England, as well as a fellowship training program affiliated with UMASS Medical School.
