Congregate Care
The Grafton House provides a safe and stable group living home for young women ages 12-18 years old, and Oxford House is a long-term intensive group home for adolescent boys.

Teen Parent Supported Living Program
Providing homeless teen parents, or those at risk of becoming homeless, with a safe, comfortable and supportive home in which they can learn to care for their child and for themselves.
