Children’s Friend is grateful to The Schwartz Charitable Foundation for its recent $2,500 grant to support the Carriage House. The Carriage House, the only program of its kind in central Massachusetts, provides grief support groups to children and teens ages 3-18 whose parents, other primary caregivers, or siblings have died. Thank you for these generous funds that will allow us to provide free grief support to children and families who have suffered the loss of siblings, parents, and primary caregivers and connect them to behavioral health counseling and wrap around supports through our new integrated Seven Hills Behavioral Health system of care.
