Holly is the Vice President of Seven Hills Pediatric Center and Children's Aid & Family Service. As Administrator for Seven Hills Pediatric Center (SHPC), a pediatric skilled nursing community which provides comprehensive, compassionate care to children and young adults who are severely developmentally delayed and have complex medical needs, Holly is responsible for nearly 100 residents. She oversees approximately 300 employees across the Affiliates.
AHCA is proud to represent intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) residential services providers, including skilled nursing facilities, intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICFs/IID) and home and community based (HCB) waiver group homes for individuals with ID/DD.
The ID/DD Committee drives AHCA’s strategies as they relate to individuals with ID/DD and their providers of residential services, including ICFs/IID and group homes. ID/DD Committee members assist in planning the annual Fly-In event, as well as ID/DD Day at the AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention.
The Committee’s objective is twofold: 1) to integrate its work with the work of other AHCA committees to facilitate an environment that supports quality care and quality of life for individuals with ID/DD; and 2) to promote the value of providing services in different settings, including ICFs/IID and group homes, and enhance recognition of AHCA as the spokesperson and advocate for individuals with ID/DD and their residential services providers.
Congratulations to Holly for her decision to serve as chair of this AHCA committee, demonstrating her commitment to our profession and those for whom we are privileged to care.
