The Open Door Arts’ ODG@WAM program provides permanent studio and gallery space for artists with disabilities to create and exhibit artwork within the Worcester Art Museum. People with disabilities are frequently excluded from participation in the arts and culture community, which in turn limits valuable opportunities for socialization and expression. ODG@WAM addresses these needs by placing people with disabilities at the center of programming at a regional anchor museum.
We are so thankful to the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, the Webster Five Foundation, and the UniBank Charitable Giving Program for their continued dedication in providing access to inclusive programming, like ODG@WAM. Together, we can make the arts accessible to all!
