The Seven Hills ASPiRE!, Inc. Workforce Readiness & Employment Program provides a pathway to employment for individuals with disabilities by providing individualized soft skills training and a variety of vocational training models that include community-based day support, and group and individual supported employment. Additionally, the program offers innovative vocational training through on-site micro-enterprises with developmentally appropriate curricula, to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain their highest level of competitive employment.
