We are excited for you to meet our next Seven Hills Champion, Susan Fallon. Susan is the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Human Resources, managing employee engagement and performance of more than 4,600 full- and part-time Seven Hills staff. Susan also oversees other HR functions within the department while promoting positive communication and teamwork.
Susan started her Seven Hills career in 2008, as a Parent Counselor with Children’s Aid and Family Service, working with families seeking to achieve an affordable work/life balance. In 2013, Susan followed a career pathway to the HR Department as an HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment. Her success earned her the position as Senior HR Generalist in 2015, before taking on her current role as AVP. Over her thirteen-year career with us, Susan has embraced opportunities for personal and professional development at Seven Hills.
