VSA Massachusetts would like to thank the Irene Ryan Foundation for their generous grant award of $15,000. VSA Massachusetts will use this award to continue their mission in promoting the involvement of people of all abilities in the cultural life of our communities. Through their mission, VSA Massachusetts promotes learning in schools for students of all abilities through arts-integrated instruction in our COOL Schools Program; provide opportunities for career advancement for artists with disabilities through our Open Door Gallery; and advance Universal Design principles by providing inclusion and accessibility training to cultural organizations.
