We would like to introduce Kimberley Colomey. She works as a Recruiter for Children and Adult Divisions at Seven Hill’s office in Woonsocket, RI. She hires the best people for these divisions by posting open positions on various platforms and conducting the initial screening for selected candidates.

In the past, Kimberley has worked with people who had to face barriers to employment to help them find a job. Be it low income or lack of education, she supported these people in their job search process and matched them with relevant work opportunities.

Her favorite part of her job is “to find the perfect fit” keeping in mind what the company is looking for and the candidate’s qualities. She focuses on how important it is to look for qualities like immense compassion, empathy, selflessness, and flexibility - particularly in the divisions that she recruits for. She would like to see the Human Service sector get more funding from the state, so that Seven Hills can continue to expand its vision and initiatives around the country.
