Next up - we would like you to meet Dolly Tataje. Dolly is a Home Based Treatment Coordinator at Seven Hills Rhode Island. For the past two years she has been with us, she has had oversight of special programming like PASS, HBTS, and Respite–all of which are designed to help children with special medical needs in their home or in the community improve on goals having to do with Activities of Daily Living, Safety, and Social Skills. Dolly along with a clinician assesses the families and individuals needs by conducting reviews every 6 months and determines future course of action for each case with wrap-around methods and a client centered approach.
Dolly recalls her parents as humanitarians, who instilled in her the love of humanity and doing good for others. Her experience meeting people while on her study abroad program in Spain also sparked her interest in human services, as a result of which she joined Family Services of Rhode Island and worked with foster families. Dolly advises people in her field to “take care of themselves” to avoid burning out and remember to take time for self-care. Thank you so much for your hard work, Dolly!
