Our next team member is Patrick O’Brien. Patrick is a Registered Nurse at Seven Hills Adult Family Care in South Valley. On average, he works with around 20-30 patients a month. He provides care by doing regular check-ins at the patients’ preferred setting, following up with them after each visit and emotionally supporting their families.

Patrick has been a part of Seven Hills for the last two years. Before joining us, he worked in group homes, nursing homes, and a psychiatric hospital for 18 years. While he does feel that it has become slightly challenging to provide direct care to patients in the past year due to COVID-19, he still feels deeply fulfilled by the opportunity to form relationships with people. We thank Patrick for his vast experience and sincere dedication to the Seven Hills mission.
