Seven Hills celebrates National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), observed annually in October. We celebrate and recognize the contributions of America’s workers with disabilities to our workplaces, economy, and Nation. During NDEAM and beyond, we remain committed to fight for equal employment opportunities, integrated workplaces, and equal pay for equal work.

Laura joined YOU, Inc. in January of 1982, at a time of rapid growth for the agency. As our footprint in Worcester County grew over the next four decades – with expansion to new communities, major shifts in the operation and funding of human services, and the addition of dozens of new programs and program sites – so too did the complexity of Laura’s position.

YOU, Inc. is grateful for a recent $25,000 grant from the Lloyd G. Balfour Foundation, Bank of America, N.A., Trustee to fund our John S. Laws Dynamy Youth Academy. 

Open Door Arts would like to extend a sincere “Thank you!” to the Massachusetts Cultural Council for their latest grant of $13,400 from their Cultural Investment Portfolio. With the support of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, Open Door Arts makes schools, galleries, and theaters across the Bay State more vibrant and inclusive through inclusive arts programming.
