Seven Hills is grateful to the Bank of America Charitable Foundation for its most recent grant of $5,000 to replicate and expand our successful job training/internship collaboration with the Greendale YMCA to the YMCA Boroughs Family Branch located in Westborough, MA during FY17 (7/1/16-6/30/17). An on-site trained job coach/inclusion specialist will be hired to work 6 hours p/week at the YMCA and will be responsible for coordinating 9-week internship rotations for participants in the areas of facilities maintenance, office management, hospitality/reception and dietary aid/snack management, culminating in a job interview.

The Seven Hills ASPiRE!, Inc. Workforce Readiness & Employment Program provides a pathway to employment for individuals with disabilities by providing individualized soft skills training and a variety of vocational training models that include community-based day support, and group and individual supported employment. Additionally, the program offers innovative vocational training through on-site micro-enterprises with developmentally appropriate curricula, to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain their highest level of competitive employment.
