We are grateful for a grant of $25,000 from the Hanover Insurance Group Foundation, which will fund an important new initiative at the Seven Hills Behavioral Health Center. The Whole Health Triage pilot program will provide a single point of entry for a broad range of behavioral health services for youth and families at one location. The pilot will reduce wait times for treatment and build capacity in the Worcester community for the integration of behavioral health with care coordination to address health-related social needs, and medical care. An on-site, dedicated care manager will quickly connect families to wrap-around community supports, and expand evidence-based clinical trainings in areas of pressing need – including the commercial exploitation of children, significant trauma and grief, substance use, neuro-developmental disabilities and autism, and transgender health.
