YOU, Inc. is grateful for the support of UMass Memorial and the United Way of Central MA for a $5,000 grant via the Summer Strong program.

This funding will assist our Dynamy Youth Academy college access program to provide College Startup Kits for rising college freshmen. These kits can include new bedding, health and wellness supplies, gas cards, and other essentials that are very often outside of the budgets of the students and families we serve. Other Youth Academy summer activities include class meetings, high school transition workshops, and recreational outings.

This generous support from UMass Memorial and the United Way enhances our summer programming and directly supports our mission to help these deserving students to achieve academic and lifelong success.
